About our Founder
Sue Wever founded INCrowd after navigating the overwhelming experience of caring for her father, who was diagnosed with dementia. Struggling to find in-home services, coordinate care, and update family members, while also being a mom and wife, eventually led to the painful decision to move him into assisted living.
That experience inspired Sue to create INCrowd: an ecosystem of trusted providers designed to make care easier for families and more accessible across services like home care, cleaning, maintenance, mobility support, and more.
Now, Sue is inviting professionals like you to join the network early and help reshape how families find the support they need. INCrowd will formally launch in January 2026, with foundational partnerships being built throughout 2025.
